It’s no wonder they have such poor reviews! I wanted to leave my current job but after applying for this company, anything has to be better than working for this company. I was on the fence about going in for an “interview” after reading their reviews. I’m so glad I did not leave my job for this awful agency. They do not know how to communicate, they lack professionalism, and are incredibly incompetent at their job. The Director of HR is so rude it’s ridiculous and doesnt even know what’s going on. She was supposed to return my call, but of course she doesn’t!
I was scheduled for a zoom meeting with a potential client after I spent 20 min on paperwork for an in-person last week. What a waste of time that was! The meeting never happened nor did I receive an email with a join meeting link. When I called to follow up, this HR lady picks up, but she was just plain rude and ignorant. Supposedly the person who i spoke to a Roxanne was out sick for 2 days but i honestly believe she is dodging my calls and avoiding me for whatever reason that is. No follow up, no return calls. I wasted time going there and filling out lengthy paperwork for what? This agency is a SCAM! Stay away from this agency and DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES UNDER THEIR CARE. Avoid at all cost!

BEST SERVICE I COULD HAVE EVER ASKED FOR. They work very hard here and are people I would never second guest to put my trust in. They are so empathetic, kind, and many more great qualities. I am more than satisfied with the way they treated me. Thank you!
Very unprofessional and the lady I had both my interview and orientation with had their phone going off during both occasions. She was late to both because the office doesn’t communicate with their own staff and they only want residual nurses (nurses on standby) and don’t actually care for their nurses. The pay is horrible. You’re free to try this office out yourself and you can be the judge but trust me when I say that this place is a huge waste of time. There ARE better companies out there! I’m not the only one with a bad review on this place. Goodluck and happy hunting, just don’t put this place on your list!
