Very Helpful
I have only been with CAREGIVERS for two weeks. The first day that that agency sent someone to me, this aide did a very poor job; in my opinion. I had her to clean my bathroom. There was evidence that she didn’t sweep the floor, didn’t clean my sink, and toilet. She didn’t even ask whether she could do the mirror which she must have noticed. The second day she came, I had her go to the market for me. She knew how much was in my cash balance of my food stamp card,and that day I discovered it gone. Then to top it off she claimed she put their care-plan on top of the refrigerator. This was a falsehood because I never even knew it was up there or anything else other than her time sheet. I would not have touched that care-plan that she claimed she put on top of the frig. I don’t think anyone should invest their time in CAREGIVERS because they must only have a few aides. The second aide they sent me acted nice to my face but went and backbit me to her boss. These two aides were in their twenties. There were two older aides in their fifties. They were both more or less my age and they both to seem like they genuinely liked me. The big boss could have sent them back but her pride got in her way. THIS ALL HAPPENED TO ME AND IF THEY GIVE UP ON YOU OR IF THEY PLAINLY JUST DON’T LIKE YOU, THEY’LL SAY THAT THEY DON’T HAVE THE COVERAGE FOR YOUR PLACE AND THEY WILL JUST CAN YOU-JUST LIKE THAT! SOME GREAT AGENCY. I’M FED UP TO MY EARS WITH CAREGIVERS!
