Have sick days and vacation days over 20″ s of snow state of emergency declared gave 12 hours notice of using a sick day to stay home with my child and they refuse to honor my sick time will be filing a complaint with the department of labor in New Jersey
I am clearly disgusted with the billing and business practices of the Wayne facility. Billing system is totally incomprehensible (probably on purpose). Communication between Assisted Living floor and Rehab floor is non-existent. I should have known not to have any trust in the information provided to me. Just received a bill relating to January 2019 in August 2019 (first notice!). My mother died in March 2019. I contested the amount but months have passed, and I am not able to do anything about it. Their word against mine, basically. Period. This same facility also “lost” my mother’s $850 mattress in storage. Assisted Living manager was supposed to tag it as personal property (I was eventually reimbursed). Took until July 28 to receive a refund from a February 2019 bill, after multiple requests for check. Take our hard earned money–good luck getting it back. Disgusting. DONE.
