Rhonda is awesome! She always tries to help my mom to get out of her room and do activities. She is always available when I text. Lydia is so friendly and helpful. The aides are also very good. Upper management needs some work.

I never leave reviews not my sort of thing, but, this time I feel this is a great time that I should. I just want to thank Priscilla for everything that she has done, she has made me and my family feel welcomed from day one, we spoke over the phone multiple times before I came in to see the place, she is just as welcoming as she is over the phone. The place is so beautiful and clean, it smelt clean too, alot of people that live there were doing all kinds of activities from what we seen, and the employees were very kind too. We were skeptical about moving mom in due to the location but Priscilla made us feel like family. We are happy that we have chosen cedar bluff for my moms new home. Thank you Priscilla.
