CIL is the first independent living center in the country. For over fifty years, we have provided independent living resources and support to youth, adults and seniors with disabilities and their families in Northern Alameda County.
The Center for Independent Living (CIL) provides advocacy, programs and services in support of the rights, independence and inclusion of people with diverse disabilities.
