Manager Nancy Love of the Margaret McDowell Manor 1525 Merkley Ave. West Sacramento CA. Arrested me out of my #226 apartment on April 22, 202. Nancy called the West Sacramento Police Department, and that agency booked me into both the West Sacramento Police Department and the Monroe Correctional Center on April 22, 2021. The assistant manager Brian Woodridge evicted me out me on June 7, 2021 and I am no longer contracted at that apartment complex. I was incarcerated at the Monroe Correctional Center 140 Tony Diaz Dr. Woodland, CA. 95776. West Sacramento City Hall Officer Jason Marafferty previously would knock on my #226 apartment complex door to harass me and have me arrested. Therefore, the West Sacramento City Hall Mayor Martha Guerrero sanctioned that action. So I am still homeless at the age 70, and the counselor Nancy Gifford is a graduate of Sacramento State University and was mentioned at the Yolo Superior Court while I was handcuffed and my legs had been shackled. John the Margaret McDowell Manor maintenance man will be court ordered to appear at the Sacramento County Courthouse with a court date and time. The housekeeper Josie will receive a court order to appear at the Sacramento County Courthouse for her testimony of her not doing her government appointmented assigned job. Puneet Kaur Singh is the Property manager for the Margaret McDowell Manor 1525 Merkley Ave. West Sacramento, CA. 95691 and will be court ordered to appear at the Sacramento County Courthouse. Marc Anthony Yahou is the Attorney for the Margaret McDowell Manor 1525 Merkley Ave. West Sacramento CA. Mac Anthony Yahou and his assistant Puneet Kaur Singh (PKS) law group made several attempts to take my personal property out of my #226 Margaret McDowell Manor apartment. In fact, that facility has all of my personal property from that apartment complex. I have the Bank of America Check card reports to show that the Margaret McDowell Associates President Steffey sanctioned the billing from April 2021 to January of 2022 PG&E billings even though I was and still am homeless..

It is a great place to live. Independent living for seniors 62 and older. Gated parking for residents only. The court yard is beautiful. There is currently a three year wait list!
