Chrysalis home health care & hospice is a great place and awesome concept of care. Mom is home health and her neighbor was on hospice. Thanks for doing great team is very professional. Brandon was an awesome educator to our family and the hospice chaplain and social worker were awesome.

This review really deserve 0 stars but Mike is such a good nurse I GAVE HIM two stars, but as for this company they discharged my grandfather without notice or any communication and said he needed a higher level of care. I never received that information until they had already let him go. So as a company they deserve 0 stars. They have no communication what so ever I always had to wait and see who will show up and my door step, and what they were there for because I was never informed on anything. This company is just very unprofessional in the way they handle situations. Also what I don’t understand is, if my grandfather needed a higher level of care why was I not informed of this matter or why was I not helped in finding a higher level of care for him? Instead they just dropped him and left me stranded, taking care of a 78 year old is hard enough only being 21 epically not knowing everything I need to know and they just made it 10 times harder for me. What an amazing company!👏
