  1. I writing everyone to let them know, as of yesterday I no longer work at Clemmons Village I – Memory Care. I will be writing a review and it is a very long one. I left because of how Christy, and Kelia was treating me. I went to get help from Kim and Kelly but they let me down in every way shape and form. The way they all treated me and talked to me was very unprofessional! I’ve been there over 7 years and my voice was never heard, or if it was it went in one in and out the other. After everything I’ve done! But my voice will be heard now.
The way management ( Christy, Kim B, Kelly, and Kelia) has treated me and done me breaks my heart. Christy has been doing things and talking to me crazy every since Cynthia was fired. Cynthia Kept Christy in here place and made her dod her job. Christy does not do things the professional way. She Favors people over others (Kelia) We were ok until I stood up for myself, Well tried to. I ask for a meeting with Kim, Kelly, Cindy, Julie, and the new RCC Amanada. I wanted a meeting when I was ready. They pulled me in the office and Christy said I heard you wanted to talk to all of us . I told them I was not ready cause I was still upset. They made me sit and talk to them. Note it was Kim, Kelly, CIndy, Christy and then they brought Kelia in. How can the people I want complain on was in the meeting? Then the first words out of Kim’s B mouth was. I’m tired of hearing people say Christy doesn’t do anything around here. Right then and there I knew they did not care about anything I had to say or did not care about me. Instead of listing and pulling up camara’s they sat there and bullied me and diagnosed me to be paranoid. I still went to work and took care of my people. Then the next week Jan 15 I went to work was sick, throwing up and diarrhea. When I got there I had to go lay down on the floor in the break room I felt so bad. I ask for Brandy to come talk to me. I laid there over 30 mins and no one came, so I went and asked her If I can leave. She said wait til Christy came to ask her. So I still did my job and then Christy came and so no, you don’t have a fever even tho I was throwing up every 30 mins. She was being funny even tho she let Kelia go home the day before cause she had a knot on her neck. They made me work all day. After work I went to the doctor and I was diagnosed with the stomach virus. They wrote me out for 2 days. (now a lot of people there is sick with the flu and ect.) They make people work when they are sick and don’t think about the residents. Then when I went back to work they waited to bring me to the office to talk to me about my attendance. Couple, mins late does not mean anything when I’m there compared to people being 30 mins, or a hour late, or people just not showing up. Second shift has been getting to come in when ever they want to. First shift has to cover for them. This been going on for years. Instead of Christy helping us all she can say is well u signed up for health care. The problem with that is we did, but we did not sign up for the second shift and to cover people almost every single day. Any where else would not let the second keep coming in like they do, they all would be fired. Still comparing my statement, I just wanted to get this off my chest.— feeling disappointed with Clemmons Village I – Memory Care.

  2. The staff here love the residents! No doubt about it. I have a family mbr who was here for 4 months and we were very pleased with her care and the attention given to her. It is very clean and residents are treated with respect and dignity. Cynthia, Christy, Julie and Kim are all quick to respond to needs and requests and they are often seen trying to help out the CNAs and work hard to keep the staff and residents happy.
