My parents are together in the memory care and the caregivers are so very good with my folks as they can get quite feisty and stubborn. Overall Cedar Creek is awesome.
A close friend of mine just went to visit her mother who is a resident here and she was mortified. Her mother was unable to open her eyes lips were cracked and dry had no water or a sponge to moisten it and was soiled. Needless to say my friend was very upset and crying.
Had a coffee meeting w friend. Staff very helpful allowed us a room to meet in. Let us bring in snacks for the meeting.
