Juliane & her team at Care Quest are amazing. When my Dad fell & ended up at John Muir Trauma ICU for the 2nd time in a month – I knew it was time to move him & my mom to assisted living. I was overwhelmed and felt lost when the hospital case manager handed me a list of places to call to help me with my search. For some reason, I chose Care Quest to call first and I truly believe it was meant to be. Juliane and Barbara gave me select places to interview & visit based on my parents’ needs. They were careful to only recommend places that provide good care, were available for 2 residents to live together, & had memory care for my mom to eventually move into because of her worsening dementia.
This was the most stressful period of my life and somehow Juliane was there to support me in any way possible. I even felt like she was there to just listen and help me find a way to move my parents into the best place possible. Juliane and Barbara truly are angels. There aren’t enough words to say how much I appreciate everything they have done for me.
