  1. This Agency is a Life Saver! Karen Rossi and all Speakers they provide to our Community Alzheimer’s “Fit Brain Club” give Professional Presentations that are essential to survival from Scamming to Atty Pro Bono Assistance for Financial “Trust Building .”

  2. I spoke with two different women at the Office of Ombudsman on the phone hoping to get expedited enrollment in Cal-Optima for my father who was alerted by the doctor of a high-risk cancer condition. Not only did the ladies have attitude and were not helpful or compassionate, they sounded very belittling and arrogant. I wish I took down the names of these individuals. The agency that is supposed to be helping people only hinders the process of obtaining help. Truly discouraging and disappointing!
