Called to inquire about an apartment for my family member and was told they don’t rent to anyone not on the affordable housing waitlist. Then I asked how to be added to the waitlist and was told it was only open to residents of Tustin, so essentially they discrimate against anyone who is not a resident of Tustin? Perfect!
