Crestavilla in Laguna Niguel

The decision to find a safe , positive environment for a loved one can be stressful. My mind has been at ease ever since finding Crestavilla. My mom couldn’t be happier!

My mother is in Memory care and has been living with Alzheimers for awhile. It is a very difficult journey for my whole family. It is difficult to trust others to take care of our loved ones. The staff and the director of Memory care are wonderful! Norma Martinez is amazing. Norma on a daily basis, proves to be professional, hardworking, caring, and responsible. She is always available to us if we have any questions. She problem solves any problem with patience and expertise. I routinely watch her be an incredible manager and team player with her staff, often helping in ways that she is probably not required to do so. She truly cares about her residents, her staff, and the families who work with her. She is a blessing to my Mother and my whole family. I have found that caregivers truly care for my Mother as well, and have found ways to connect with her even though she suffers from Alzheimers. They make me feel welcomed to visit anytime and always greet me with smiles and welcoming atmosphere. They take fantastic care of her and quickly problem solve when she is having a hard day. They keep my family in the “loop” when information is needed to be communicated. They help to make sure that if my mother desires, they provide a fun atmosphere with music and activities that make her very happy! They are also blessings to me and my family on a daily basis!I don’t think I could have navigated this hard journey of Alzheimers with my Mother without them!
