There are definitely cleaner facilities. It smells like feces as soon as the door to patients opens.
Caring staff and they have been working hard n the food menu. It is noticeable. The only issue is having to source transportation from Sacramento .

Crystal Ridge Care Center is doing a wonderful service for our family. The office staff is helpful and friendly. They will give you the information you need to understand how the system works, why they are that way.
The care giving staff is friendly and helpful. In addition to their job, they are affectionate with the residents.
The meals are well planned & executed in a nice environment.
Activities are planned for every level of ability.
I recommend Crystal Ridge Care Center for the ones you wish that you were able to care for and had the skill set to do so.
I have been there several times. And staff have been great and seem to care lot. And show much love for my sister in law and patients. They do great awesome job . Except for this issue. And is more of a administrative mot the care givers . I have been calling over snd over day after day to check on loved one. And no one answer the phone. It’s been 5 days in a row and that’s not right. And just tried again 7 th time today alone. So do need to call Sherriffs to go by and check on patients. If emergency an need to contact patients or life or death ? There should alway be someone to answer phone day night anytime!
