I had Carl as a home healthcare nurse for 4 months he was amazing. Best service I ever got he was kind funny and knew his job and did it incredibly. I wasn’t always the best patient but he knew just how to handle me. He’s a 5 star guy across the board!!!
Horrible agency…The agency contacted me regarding a referral from my doctor. From the beginning they all had a “my way or the highway ” type of attitude. Anytime you questioned them or their quality of care they became extremely defensive. I gave simple negotiations like ” don’t contact the day of an appointment telling me you want to stop by” or “don’t keep sending a bunch of random people to my house, i would like one or two nurses that way we have time to build a relationship and the nurses have the opportunity to learn my wounds and stages of healing”…Clearly these requests were too much for them because they kept reporting that i was noncompliant and often refused service. They also did not communicate at all with my primary care provider and when i called the owner “Emma” she became immediately defensive and told me she stands by her staff and their decisions. I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGENCY AGAIN. I will say the reason that they got 2 stars is Lance (the physical therapist) Holly (a nurse) and Christine (wound care specialist) are awsome.
