Justine Dery truly has gone above & beyond in assisting us in having my very independent 90 year old father in law moved in recently. We had a few bumps along the way and like Wonder Woman, she took on the challenge & got us through every time. She is a beautiful human inside & out! Pops has been there about a week now & he is enjoying his respite stay. He says he loves the food & all the staff are very friendly. Thank you for all you do.

Delores from the Raincross Medical Room has a great deal of knowledge and goes above and beyond to help. She fixed a pressing maintenance issue after hours while she was in charge and nearly alone.
Raincross is such a wonderful facility. I am a hospice registered nurse and have had several patients there. The compassionate care provided by the staff is truly exceptional. The facility is well-maintained with very caring staff. I would like to extend special thanks to Will, Deborah, Dolores, and Amanda for their unwavering dedication and commitment to going above and beyond for their residents. Their consistent efforts truly make a difference in the lives of those under their care at Raincross.
