Very rude. Called my business and said they had sent a check to my location. The business has not been at this location for years that the check was for. The owner then tells me one of my employees must have found the check and cashed! So rude! The person that called then hung up on me. I tried to call back to find out what her problem was. She then tells me that I was the rude one and to never call her business again. So we get accused of cashing a check that is not made out to us. Or my employee stealing and cashing a check. And I was the rude one? Odd people in this world!
This is the worst place I have ever worked at doing caregiving. I would never let my family stay here. I saw so much abuse and neglect and was gaslit by the managers and owner any time I tried to address it. I saw one young woman dragged across the floor by her hoodie because she was “being annoying”. I yelled at the worker and was told “unless you want to be understaffed he’s going to keep his job”. I was also stalked by one of my coworkers and my boss and managers refused to help. This place is run by people who don’t care about the clients. It honestly needs to be shut down
