I stayed there for several weeks after chemotherapy and radiation treatment. The first night I was there, an employee stole every dollar I had from me wallet. And a nurse accidentally pumped lidocaine into my stomach (G-tube). And malfunctioning equipment frequently. And some of the employees are incredibly rude. Stay away from that place! They should call it “Malpractice Manor”.
Terrible experience. Employees are rude, ask too many questions apon first entry, terrible care for my family. Get into everyone’s business. Not going back.
I am a patient at eden and In the past year I have been attacked 4 times by other patients and never have been seen by the administrator. This place is dangerous and I would never recommend it.I have been a patient eden health care in hayward for almost 2 years now, and this has to be one of the worst facilities in the bay area. There are many safety and health violations that I have complained about to the administrator and staff and they refuse to do anything about it. Patio furniture broken exposing patients to potential harm and most of the screens for the sliding doors are non functional and off track. Patients are allowed to smoke inside the common areas whichisagainstthelaw and a patient
is also allowed to live In the dining room with piles of garbage bags filled with dirty diapers,she is allowed to urinate on the floor and sleep in a chair with trash piles all around. Many patients have complained, but to no avail.the food is horrible and i wouldn’t feed it to my dog and I would never recommend this facility, and look forward to being transferred into another facility as soon as possible. If you care about your loved ones, stay away !!
