The gentleman driver and lady were very friendly, on time, and professional. They transported my dad to the nursing facility on a stretcher transport. They took great care and help him feel safe and comfortable. Thank you for a great service Eleos!

We used this service recently to move our loved on from the hospital to his assisted living residence. Peninsula Hospital provided their info and, since we had no time to research, we ok’d this service provider. They did a good job in moving him, however we were asked to pay right there and then and by cash, if possible. I couldn’t. They then suggested a check. We obviously were in crisis mode away from home and had no checks available. They then took a photo of my debit card (!!) and said they’d erase it after use. They then hit me up for a tip – while my dad was still on the transport gurney! Flustered, I said “OK, add 20”. She said “20%?”. Wow. Who does this??

If they’d invoiced me, which is traditional, this would be a 5 star review. BUT, no one appreciates being hit up for a tip in a crisis… Just be aware of heir business practices with you make a referral or choose a service.
