Although our time at Elk Creek was short, I have zero complaints. Our loved one was so well loved and cared for during his stay and the care team was so precious with him in his final days. There are so many that deserve recognition, Theresa, Dana, the maintenance director(her name escapes me right now, so sorry), Kali (caregiver) just to name a few. They truly made us feel like family and our family member was one of their own. The warm greetings and hugs and compassion during our final days there really made a huge difference.
I have had the pleasure of partnering with Elk Creek, and ai can confidently say it is a wonderful facility. From the moment I step through the doors, I am welcomed by warm, friendly staff who genuinely care about the well-being of their residents. Theresa and Michele and their staff go above and beyond in creating an inviting and supportive environment. Everyone’s engagement with the residents is heartfelt, ensuring that each individual feels valued and heard.
The tour by Dana was super.She worked hard to meet our needs & all staff gave the Westin hotel welcome.👍
