Evergreen at Morningstar is my 5th Senior Apartment, and it is THE BEST. Our front office and maintenance staff are EXCELLENT. Our location is wonderful – across the street from GRANDSCAPE – and many restaurants. You can even walk to 3 or 4 restaurants. The residents here are all very friendly. Our community room has KARAOKE or JOYFUL NOISE CHOIR each Thursday, and we celebrate BIRTHDAYS one Thursday each month. We have a WALMART and KROGER within 2 miles. I’m on my third year now. If you have a parent or grandparent that is looking for a beautiful, friendly, safe, well managed SENIOR APARTMENT – well look no further. YOU FOUND IT!
I’m getting to the point of not being happy here. The calender of events have no fun things to do. Like bingo is stale. Gift cards are old. Should have actual gifts. More people would show.The birthday celebration is a nice idea, how about trying serving a real cake and real ice cream. What is serve now tastes awful. Maybe have some group games. Have a couple movies with better tasting popcorn and bigger candy bars. You just need to use imagination. Maybe a horseshoe pit!!!!!

From the moment I met the Office staff, thru all the paperwork, signing my lease, and getting the keys (I never saw my apt before I moved in!) I could not have asked for more, I have been totally happy with this company, my apt, the building, the grounds, even the mail man…Brian…
But, ESPECIALLY the Maintenance staff!
Can’t say enough GOOD things about them!
Polite! Knowledgeable! Discreet! Trustworthy! And ALWAYS willing to help, WHEN you NEED IT! … NOT “When we get to it!” No matter the time of day or weather!
And …The grounds are kept IMMACULATE! Year round, weekly, rain or shine!
10 degrees or 110 degrees!
The residents here are friendly and several have pets…not me!
There is a Courtyard to walk around, along with Rocking chairs everywhere, to relax and take in the fresh air and sunshine
Exercise classes, Monthly birthday gatherings, BINGO, and monthly MOVIE of the month! And MORE!
Evergreen at Morningstar gets an A+
