Evergreen Rowlett is a community designed for seniors, offering a carefree and pampered lifestyle.
Not really that affordable for seniors. A moltistory senior living facility seems rather absurd; particularly with limited elevator availability that are working at all times. Parking is not really that accommodating, either.
I would not recommend moving to Evergreen Rowlett. This property is absolutely not a place you’d want your family to live. I visited on 2/20 to see a relative and witnessed a resident who had fallen right in front of the building during office hours. Shockingly, no one from the staff noticed or responded—it’s clear no one is actively monitoring the security cameras. It was freezing cold that day, and the poor woman had been lying there for quite some time before we had to step in and call an ambulance ourselves.
To make matters worse, there seems to be an ongoing issue with homeless individuals lingering around the property, which raises even more safety concerns.
Overall, this place feels unsafe, poorly managed, and completely lacking in basic care for its residents. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
I have been a little disappointed in this place. Residents being rude . We are not supposed to be acting like this we are adults. Today i saw a Resident crying and I will stop there . I get that maintenance is one person last week I was supposed to have my floors done know one called to tell me why I waited all day. There are some good and positive things as well.
