I was the caregiver for Randy West, which was placed in your facility at the end of February 2025. At which time I had dealings with your staff for approximately a week or so. I would like to express my appreciation to all that was involved with the care of Randy West.
For starters,, your Director of Nurses, Donna, was off the chart. She was very attended to our needs and shown both kindness and compassion above the standard medical expectations. She went out of her way to assist our needs in keeping Randy in your facility where he wouldn’t have to endure any more trauma then he had already experienced. I feel she is a blessing to your company, as well as to your staff and patients.
Following her lead, I can honestly say that her leadership with the LVN, CMAs, CNAs and all others which worked on the 200 wing during Randy’s stay at your facility, have gone above the required expectations in showing their care and compassion toward the patient, their family and friends. Some of these individuals names I can remember and some I have just forgotten. Are as followed; Teresa, Vee, Bee, Lucille, Anthony, with his best help in listening to the family’s request and his kindness each day with him bringing in coffee. He was quick and thorough in his duties, Shiquna and the front door receptionist. Each one of them showed the utmost respect toward the patient, family and friends.
In addition to your staff, I would like to express that the facility was kept very clean and the patients , which I had contact with in the open areas were also clean and was pleasant to have fellowship with over my short stay at your facility.
Again thank you and your staff for the positiveness, compassion, and understanding given by all. It was greatly appreciated and made the dealing with such sadness much easier to accept.

Everyone there were polite, friendly, and answered my questions and informed me what was going on with my brother ‘s treatment and pointed me in the right direction for the next steps to take.👍
