It’s November 13 and it was 37 degrees outside last night and the heat is not working, the answer from the staff was to get yourself another blanket,and still the food is disgusting ever since the state monitors left the place is back to its dirty old self
My grandmother was abused by the workers here. I saw her with bruises all over and she was even too scared to tell us what happened to her. Absolutely disgusting if you love your family don’t send them here!
For me it’s simple care to my Mother needs. Which they do. The whole entire staff has been nice and Courteous. It’s just the Receptionist that works on Sunday name Akem. So rude and doesn’t care or represents a 5 star experience. I spoke to administrator about this and she said it will be taking care of. So I call today to check on my Mother and he hangs up the phone on me. Hopefully this matter gets resolved. No family members resident should feel like this in a 5 star establishment.
My mother in-law has 3 bedsores now and other complications due to their inability to care.
