Very disappointed by the maintenance of the community. I have been waiting for just a simple bulb replacement for more than 2 weeks now. The management team is doing great, but the owners need to hire more maintenance members.

I am currently living in Block 520, and I am disappointed with the maintenance of the property. My apartment has a water leakage issue from the bedroom roof whenever it rains. Despite raising this issue three times, the management has not taken any steps to resolve it.
Additionally, the building has two external staircases. One has been blocked by the management and cannot be used, while the other is in poor condition and poses safety risks.
The lack of attention to these problems shows poor management and disregard for residents’ concerns. I hope these issues are addressed soon.
