Erica Starks is the current director of the memory care. She truly cares about each resident and has a relationship with all of them. The activities that she plans for MC are fun and engaging. She seeks out activities that are aligned with resident interests. She works hard to make the MC a happy and safe home.
Crystal and Chenae are fabulous caregivers that can motivate any resident to take showers, change clothes, participate in activities, or eat! There are NO BETTER caregivers on the planet!
Is it perfect at Harmony MJ? No. No place is perfect. After touring most memory cares in the area, I would recommend touring several places and consider the needs of your loved one. Then stay very involved!
We are having an excellent experience with Memory Care. My mom is living there and thriving. The new director, Erica, is the best thing that has happened there. She is kind, and caring, she treats every resident as if they are her best friend. Her activities are fun, engaging and inventive. The peace of mind knowing our mom is happy and well taken care of means so much to our family.

I find it just OK. I came from another facility in Florida. The food there was 100% better!!! I see that not many residents participate in the daily activities and that a resident runs them (without much knowledge of how to operate the equipment.
You definitely need to check out this community. Great staff, very caring and dedicated. Very welcoming and the team goes above and beyond! This is a great choice for your family member!
