What a stunning, beautiful community this is!! Great staff, delicious food, and spacious apartments! There is so much useable, common space outside the apartment to gather! The decorating is high-end, and beautiful!! From the decor, furniture, to the color choices! It really is a cruise ship on land!

I’ve been at Heartis Mid-Cities for two weeks and so far it has been an EXCELLENT experience. I am quite happy living here.
From Day 1, I have felt welcomed and part of a warm, friendly community. Gabby S, Marketing, has seen me through the transition from initial tour to these last 2 weeks. She and every staff member has been super, making me feel at home immediately. I’ve already met many of the wonderful residents. This place is clean, upbeat, friendly, and very “resident” oriented. There are many fun activities, frequent group outings, and in-house salon plus many other amenities.
I especially love the Heartis Mid-Cities transportation mini bus with a dedicated driver. The food is very good, with wide selection offerings each meal, and a long window as far as dining room hours.
Again, all staff are warm, patient and hard workers, dedicated to making the resident experience as nice as it can be.
Really friendly staff. More like a large family. Very nice facility. Well maintained. Overall a nice place to live. I am an active 90+ year old. Everything l need is here.
