I want to Thank You all the staff, my mother Mary Lau resided there for over 11 years. All the staff throughout the years and especially during her last days showed so much compassion. I would like to especially thank Wen. Wen was so wonderful, she would call us and explain how my mother was doing. Wen, texted us and informed us we should all come to see my mother when it was close to the end. She showed so much compassion and was very comforting. She was so professional and I am so grateful for her.
My grandmother lived there for several months. They took good care of her. Nursing staff and social service staff were all very helpful and supportive. Staff also speak Chinese, which made communication easier for my grandmother and other family members.

From day one, my sister and I dreaded having to look for a place for a skilled nursing facility for our mom. We spoke to Fay; she invited us to tour the facility. She walked us around, took us into the rehab gym and dining rooms, and looked at the bedrooms.
Fay assured us that Heritage Manor was not what we thought it was (previous bad experience with our father from another nursing home), so we decided to put our mom in Heritage Manor. It was the best decision we could have made. You could see the change in our mom immediately; she started to thrive. She was shown compassion, respect, and love. The entire staff at Heritage Manor should be very proud of their job.
Again, this place is a joke! Nurses arguing with patient because they don’t want to do their job! How can someone not want to change a full ostomy bag. This place needs to be reported to the health department. Be very aware if your sending your loved ones here.
