A few years ago I sent a review that I wish could be erased. I think very highly of Emalina.. the manager at Heritage Park in Norco. She is one of the most caring people/manager I have ever met. Two nights ago we had a fire here and I was looking around and all of a sudden I saw Emalina coming up trying to help others opening the clubhouse for people to go to the bathroom. My hat really goes off to Emalina
2 Days later emmalina is still working with the fireman working with the residence to try and help is attention in the stress of what went on.
Philip the maintenance guy also came the night at the fire comforting the tenants helping with the firemen. My hat goes off also to Phillip for being the true maintenance guy that we needed for a long time. Philip has gone out of his way to help with the firemen, the residence and just being there when you need them.
Being a resident here for seven years, I’ve seen a “few” maintenance people come and go, they needed to.
Example:
I put in a request to have my air conditioner checked , wasn’t blowing cold air, and the batteries needed changed in the smoke detector, .. Jose changed the batteries and the air conditioner filters but the air still wasn’t working right. Jose noticed the fan on the air conditioner unit outside wasn’t working, checked it, found the whole unit was filled with pine needles and leaves. Took it apart, cleaned it out. The air conditioner is now working just fine. Thanks for going the extra mile and working the process of elimination Jose
We now have a maintenance man that actually “works”, works with pride and integrity. Anytime you see Jose he’s busy fixing something, cleaning something or helping someone. He’s friendly and always has a smile. Anytime something needs attention, it is met in a timely manner and work is done correctly, the first time.

I would like to share some positive experience I have received since moving here 10 years ago. Ermelinda the property manager is kind and quick to resolve any issues I have had. I have to give major props to Jose Rodriguez the maintenance supervisor, he truly goes out of his way to keep the property clean aswell as responds to each and every request for repairs fast and efficiently. Jose goes out of his way to be helpful even if it’s not really part of his job. Thank You Jose Rodriguez.
