We absolutely love this place! The staff and management were wonderful! They truly tried! We lost our mother (Sally Johnston, recently.) We all wish we’d kept her here!! They are not the least expensive. But there is good reason for that!! I truly believe that one of the biggest reasons we lost her so quickly, was because we moved her out of this facility. She Had extremely good care here! We’ve had her in three facilities between Allen and Mckinney. This was definitely the best! Tommy Thomas (The Manager) is very flexible and truly cares! The Diana at Al reception, was amazing! So helpful!
Casey the head nurse was wonderful! Very supportive!! We as a family loved this place!!
My Mom has lived there for 4+ years. It is a beautiful facility but unfortunately the current director Tommy has ruined it with mismanagement. He treats staff poorly and all the good ones are leaving or have been fired.
