Holiday Manor at Woodside

Facility has improved overall management of meals with staffing. New chef is much more creative. Seniors would like options on smaller portions on the plating size

Horrible no respect dirty washers always breaking
down and they are loaded with bedbugs and Im calling the corporate office to say something I have photos and a video and another thing before I leave the building I have to make sure I don’t bring any bed bugs home it cost about 3600 to live there housekeeper gets paid but doesn’t do anything the building doesn’t even have enough staff the housekeeper has to cook
and serve and from the way they clean I wouldn’t eat anything they serve they don’t even use gloves when taking out the trash the housekeeper goes through all your stuff just to be nosy to see what they can steal

My step mom lives there and the staff is nothing short of amazing !! They take such great care of the residents. Yesterday my stepmom’s beloved dog passed away – and the love and support that surrounded her was extraordinary. Special shout out to Jordan for checking in on her multiple times to make sure she was ok. Highly recommend!!

We moved my brother into The Manor at Woodside last year. We were greeted by welcoming staff that are very dedicated to their jobs, from the first day meeting Raldy, Ann Marie, Claudia, and Steve, the front desk staff, house keepers, and health aides. My brother called the Manor at Woodside home. They were accommodating and worked with him to create solutions needed. He was transported to and from dialysis 3 times a week. As his needs progressed, he was able to get the help he needed from Rosa cleaning his room and doing his laundry, health aides needed almost 24 hours by Marianna’s dedicated team, meals brought to his room, etc… If I had any questions, I was answered right away via text by Raldy. I do recommend the Manor at Woodside to take care of your loved ones. I have seen other facilities and this is the most reasonable and clean.
