I’ve lived here for 4 years. They just changed management companys. I’d hoped that it would improve things but it didn’t. The maintenance man is great, but swamped since the day he started. So only emergency or urgent requests get handled immediately. The rest can take weeks or longer. The office equipment is in bad shape, making the manager frustrated. Our activity Director is great, but is not allowed by the rules to host events during hours people can attend. The common areas are mostly clean. 1 bedroom apartments have only two closets, one for clothes and the other for everything else. The appointment is very small. I lived in a 1 bedroom before, but had to eliminate about 3/4 of my possessions to fit into the space.
CLEAN AND GOOD WELL KEEP UP GOOD MANAGEMENT,,,JUST WISH WE HAD MARKED PARKING ..OTHER THAN VARY NICE LIVING
New people are nice here they got rid of the bad people
