Khivi Care is licensed by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division as Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and is located in a highly desirable neighborhood of South Livermore.
Late in his life my father spent well over 2 years living at Khivi Care. Thanks to the owners, Sharan and Rani, their amazing staff, and the beautiful environment they created, he thoroughly enjoyed his time there. He was respected and loved, and found at Khivi Care a home that allowed him to be the brilliant and personable man he had always been, while also giving him the comfort and care he needed in his later days. Sharan, Rani, and their staff treated him like their own family, while also skillfully handling all of his medical needs. They became honorary members of our extended family, and we will always be grateful for everything they did to make his last few years so pleasant, joyful, and worthwhile.

Wonderful environment, attentive staff, very helpful all around. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect home for our mother during a challenging time for her and the family. The folkes at Khivi were sensitive and caring, always welcoming to us during our visits, and very quick with anwers to our questions. The owner/managers are professional and curteous. The property is very clean and tidy, and the sunny back yard is large and green with many trees and flower bushes etc. We recommend Khivi Care highly.
The home is very clean with an open community area in wonderful light coming from windows overlooking a safe patio with a lovely garden space. Sitting outside on a sunny day you can smell scented flowers and nearby orange blossoms. Resident rooms are bright and clean, made comfortable and safe. My father enjoys his meals and the conversation around the table. This is the only care home that has *true* awake overnight care. Other places will say they have overnight care, but what they mean is that the caregiver sleeps at the home. This care home has awake staff who are able to help my dad use the bathroom in the middle of the night. My father is excellently cared for and he is a happy resident. Rani and Sharan really care about each resident and they do their utmost to ensure the wellbeing of each elder at the home. After years of caring for my parents in their own home I am so happy to have found Khivi Care.
