The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. I was traveling with an infant and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. I highly recommend!
Once again my family stayed for another wk for work … I can’t thank Management and the whole staff from front desk to room service enough… our room is always cleaned breakfast is awesome when we do get a chance to enjoy because we leave super early for work , everyone is so polite and make sure we are comfortable for our stay …

The hotel attendant was aggressive and addressed my children instead of us as parents about the level of their voice even though no one was screaming or being unruly. The attendant forced himself into the elevator after telling us he was calling the police and we needed to go to our room. He pushed me as a mom as he was forcing his way into the elevator in front of my children and nephews. This situation escalated very quickly and was completely uncalled for. Our children were never left unattended. This attendant was on some kind of power trip and the situation seemed unreal. We were asked to leave the hotel and I will be contacting the manager to address the situation
