My mom has been in this place off an on for a little while now. She has been there for rehabilitation. These people have been amazing. From the start of the process to the end of it. Katosha is simply amazing and very helpful. Sarah is the best cna ever!! My family has gotten attached to these girls and they are always helpful. Definitely recommend this place. I would chose this place over and over. As we have already! 10/10!
Like many other skilled nursing facilities, Lake Park has had some turnover in their leadership roles but are beginning to get the right team in place. The staff is challenged often to give the absolute best customer service and medical care. The new leadership team is committed to hiring the right people and continuing to improve in all areas of care.

I see there are many negative reviews. I guess it depends what your needs are . I was there for after surgery rehab.
The PT section is A++
The nursing part is not as good.
Done know what the ratio is for patients and aides , but that part is not good. I was pretty seft sufficient and that was a good thing.
I recommend going there for special care like
PT, speech etc , but it helps to be pretty independent .
