South County’s Premier Location for Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care
Truly amazing care. Exceptional nurses. Kind staff. Motivating rehab team. So clean. Beautiful patio. Goodness delish. Tons of parking. I really Would recommend to everyone. I’ve never felt better or more comfortable.
So far I very much regret letting my father go to this rehab. He fell and fractured his hip, then had surgery to repair the damage. He is in a lot of pain and just had a pancreastis on top of the hip. He asks for his pain meds and so far it’s taken between 3 to 5 hours for the nurse to respond. His case worker and the helpers at the facility all try to help but whoever is distributing the meds will not show up for hours. I am so disappointed and let down by how much pain my dad has to deal with because they are understaffed. I even overheard the CNAs talking about how the rehab is cutting their employees on the floor and not paying overtime on the weekends. If they are complaining on the floor where we can hear it must be horrible working here. I would recommend Bella Vista or Jakob Rehab if you can.
Bad experience with the care of my mother 👎
All of my dad’s clothing has been stolen multiple times. He just left naked. Update, his phone has also been stolen. On top of that he is progressively getting more disabled the long he stays.
Need to pay closer attention to their patients and not put them in rooms with others that are not on food restrictions. We lost our Dad just days after being transferred to this facility. He was not allowed to eat or drink anything by mouth but somehow got access to food and ended up losing his life over it. No apology will bring our Dad back and I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
