She’s truly passionate about about making future residents feel welcome and apart of the community. It wasn’t just the beauty of this place that helped me make my decision to lease here, It was the genuine connections and positive energy that radiated throughout the staff and residents.
My AC has gone out several times and I’ve only lived here for 8 months. The first two times were in the July and August heat. Despite the office being open during two of those occasions and calling the emergency maintenance number, I was left in the heat the entire weekend. They also don’t have any real resolutions. Just dumb “repairs” like balling something up and sticking it under a pipe in the AC closet or conveniently claiming it was just the AC filter needing to be changed… AFTER I put in a maintenance request for the filter to be changed. Ridiculous for a “luxury” complex. There’s also nothing luxurious about walking home from the leasing office to the back of the complex because there’s no parking. Once the sun sets, it’s the hunger games. If you’re not coughing up $200 for a detached garage (if there’s any left), you’re screwed. Not many carports either but they’re all taken anyway. Honestly at that price point, you’re better off moving to a luxury high rise near the 610 loop. The 2 stars are for the amenities and because I love my unit layout. However, I don’t live in the pool. My layout also isn’t important when I’m sweating myself to sleep so it’s not enough to say I recommend. Disappointing for Sienna.
So far really good! Management has been great and responsive, my neighbor don’t make noise like other apartment experiences I had, and hadn’t have time to use the amenities but they look very clean all the time.
The process of finding the apartment, touring, and applying has been super fun and exciting. The staff is amazing especially Tia and Luis! They worked so hard to provide an amazing experience and we are so grateful for them! The community is super nice and well kept, with amazing amenities! The community is clean and well kept, the amenities are awesome, and it is nice and quiet. Lenox Sienna is the perfect place to live!
