Dual active; moved out in August but on record being told we owe rent. We have LES and bank statements to show how much we paid but was hung up on by Liberty associates and 29 office refused to assist. We are falling off contract soon but will still try to get our Command involved. It’s hard enough financially transitioning out of the Marine Corps, it doesn’t help the unprofessionalism of Liberty employees to hang up on us.
