Toured these apartments. The front desk was not polite. They didn’t list the features of the apartments. Didn’t even introduce herself so I don’t know who to even name.
Upon entering the display unit the paint was missing on light fixtures, the cabinets were falling off their hinges and unpainted plywood, the bathroom tiles were stained, toilets ankle were ankle height.

I have been here since Nov and so far so good. When I have any maintenance request Rafael is very nice and helped me as soon as possible when my AC went out. I’ll say the only flaw about the apartments so far is you can hear everything from the 3rd floor. 😩 especially in the bathrooms unfortunately; the floors and walls are very thin.
