I’ve been debating on sharing my review my dad stayed here for about 3 years and I got a call that he was having seizures I already had some other problems he had fractured his knee fractured his ankle his knee into places waiting on the nurses to get there when my dad was sent out for having seizures I went out to remove him from the home couple days later and get his belongings CNA came up to me and asked me about my dad and how he was doing she let me know that she had been reporting to the head nurse that my dad was not himself and he may be having seizures they refused to send him out this place is filthy it’s nasty and it’s sad as I was removing my dad’s belongings he had black mold in the side of his nightstand he had a piece of birthday cheesecake I had gave him in a container from a year ago this place is so sad and disgusting and he needs to be shut down I had many many problems with them but those to me are the major ones oh and here’s the big kicker not to mention my dad is a veteran this is not how we treat our veterans this is not how we treat people who have served our country my dad is now in a better place not close to home and I would love for that for him to be up the street but I’d rather him have the best healthcare he can get and if I have to travel far I will as long as I know he’s getting the care that he needs that’s what matters to me
The only issue is the smell. Clean everything with VINEGAR! Vinegar removes all smell forever.
Thi is one of the best rehabilitation places ever. The staff is caring and they make sure your needs are taken care of. I feel safe and cared from everyone.
We had a patient dropped off by Madera rehab. The patient was left unattended and in the sun. Once the appointment was over he was called by Madera Rehab to catch a ride on the bus, STILL unattended. Truly saddening.
Excellent staffing food needs work on i know a chef if needed very clean and friendly staff love the therapy staff great group
