A huge turn around! I recently did a walk through, and it was great seeing all of the changes that have been implemented! Starting with the reception desk being nicely set up and receiving a warm greeting upon entering, to the upgrades they are doing throughout the building. The building looked clean and the courtyard was very nice; really seemed like the resident enjoyed having a nice place to go relax and get a breath of the nice morning air and socializing. The new administrator, Cameron, has really put together a great team who genuinely smiled and asked if I needed help with anything as I walked by them and they seemed happy to be there taking care of families loved ones. Meeting with Maria, their social services director, it was easy to tell how much that she genuinely cares about the outcomes and quality of life of each of the residents there as she spoke with such compassion about what types of services they offer and how they follow up post care at their facility.
Wonderful facility! Staff really do care about care! The facility offers a warm welcoming environment. Lots of amazing staff work here! You should definitely go by and check it out if your loved one is in need of care.
All of the staff is very nice, helpful, and friendly. They’re always willing to answer or clarify any questions or concerns. The facility is nice and clean.
The care here is better than anywhere else in Yuba or Sutter County, including The Fountains. These people are busy working hard trying to get people well and on their feet. It’s impressive.
Staff is friendly. My boyfriend’s mom is there and she says that a CNA named John is very helpful and very friendly and very gentle .
