Office manager is was very nice and helpful person, looks like is a great place to live in.

Great community! Bella ,the property manager, has been incredibly professional , always responding promptly to my inquiries and concerns,Whenever there was a maintenance issue, she was quick to address it, ensuring that our living conditions were always top-notch,I never had to worry about repairs; she had them sorted out in no time.I’m impressed by how responsive she has been to any issues I’ve encountered. It’s made a big difference in my overall satisfaction.
Whenever I had questions or concerns, she was just a call or message away, and that level of responsiveness is greatly appreciated.I can confidently say that Bella has made my time as a tenant here a truly positive and enjoyable experience.

I have been a resident at Mayfield for 6 years and truly enjoy living here. Bella and Servando have been amazing, they are very professional and respond to requests right away. This place is always well taken of and the best part is that it has a community center and a small gym. The staff here always go above and beyond to assist the residents with their needs. 🙂

I moved here with my family a few months ago, and we absolutely love this place. The location on El Camino Real is fantastic, and everything here is modern and of very high quality. There are many great facilities like a small gym and a public gas grill. The building has convenient access, and the wide elevator is a plus. Our apartment is spacious with beautiful views. The management is top-notch Bella is super nice, incredibly helpful, and kind to us and our kids. Once she found out we were eligible, everything went smoothly and quickly. She takes care of all the small details and goes above and beyond to assist. You’d be fortunate to live here!
