I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my father has received at Meadow Creek Nursing Rehabilitation. Admitting him to a facility was a daunting decision for our family, but the compassionate support from the nurses and CNAs has made all the difference. Despite some changes in leadership, there remains a consistent commitment to quality care that shines through. Nurse Ramona Essary and Georgianna Escamilla, the Director of Nursing, have been instrumental in making this transition smoother for us. Their open communication has alleviated our concerns, especially given our distance from the facility. While some may share negative experiences, we can wholeheartedly say that our journey here has been overwhelmingly positive. The dedication of the entire staff deserves recognition, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to them and the administration team for their unwavering support. They truly go above and beyond in providing care that our father deserves!
With gratitude,
Dr. Willie Black, Jr. and family

WARNING‼️‼️‼️DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY ESPECIALLY if your LOVED ONES ARE THERE TO RECOVER FROM SURGERY! Dad recently underwent brain surgery and Shannon Medical recommended he be in a skilled nursing facility to finish the remainder of his treatment and therapy. Out of 7 nursing facilities we decided to with Meadow Creek as this was the best option for my dad as his medical insurance would cover everything while being there. My dad has been there for about 2 weeks and has gotten worse!!!! This place was supposed to take GOOD CARE OF MY DAD AND THEY FAILED TO DO SO!! My dad should have been getting better especially if he has a central line to administer antibiotics. Well now, I’m starting to think that the NIGHT MEDICAL STAFF is the one not taking care of my dad as my dad stated that a woman by the name of Norma was making fun of the way he is mumbling. She mocked him! Which is not very ethical of someone with “medical background”. She also got upset with dad for wearing a sweater. Is my dad not allowed to wear a sweater!!! The fact that she is doing this to him and possibly other residents is beyond humiliating. My dad is fully aware and is not there by choice. Like I said, he’s there to recover from brain surgery not to live there. If NORMA is capable of mistreating a recovering patient, I could only imagine how she treats the residents from this facility.
Terrible place to have to take your loved one. It’s gross. It never actually gets clean. The staff (at the time) were lazy and ill equipped to care for their residents, at times going against actual doctors orders for care and treatments. LOSING DNR orders, which is really a big deal if you dont want the paramedics to have to do CPR on your loved one an hour after theyve already passed! That call was traumatizing. If we had other options we would have kept my grandma out of there.
