I have been trying to get in touch with Janice to whom called me twice I’ve missed her call due to technical difficulties and health issues and she blocked my number and will not give me a call after I’ve left her a couple of messages trying to get back in touch with her very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this organization to anybody with all this unprofessional and rude behavior. very disgusting behavior not someone I would want to bring me food.
Love this place
I hope that these individuals that have issues with getting their meals, and getting signed up with meals on wheels have things worked out for them. I finally found out that it takes a referral from a social worker/caseworker to get your meals started and then you must have a current phone number that works for you to get signed up with your assigned case manager in the agency. I have been asked to call my Medicaid Insurance provider and tell them to send payments for the meals. P.S. You need a good running refrigerator or Meals On Wheels will help you get one. My caseworker from my home health agency provided a social worker or someone from your doctor’s offices.
Great Organization
