I am pleased with there performance, and like the fact that my mom is in good caring hands, as it is also close to my home down the road and makes it much easier to visit mom in my schedule.
No issues with access to the person I was visiting. Front desk was exceptional likewise personel on the floor. A simple chair was provided for me to be comfortable and have conversation with my friend

Very poor care service, in this nice, a big place, with a fancy convincing video presentation but is just a MIMIC!? “DOESN’T have enough staff” is a circus place!?
Administration is nothing this place.
We ask for a supervisor, and after wating two hours every time, none shows up!?
The staff there is so overwhelming!!
We fell sorry for the staff in general, is to much abuse on them!? And some others doesn’t even care any more, probably from all the abuse on them abilities, they can go crazy and discarech!?
Being there only one week, and all her three children’s and my self have to stop what we are doing, some have to live from work to have to come over to help my Mother in law!?
Were are going crazy!?
This shows, obviously something very wrong in this place.
Nurse aids have all kind of excuses, one always blaming the other hand with full of excuses.
Is over two hous wating period for any needs on my Mother in law waiting for hepl!
She can poo, and pee on her self and fall sleep on it, with none one to cares for.
This is crazy, my Mother in law has to keep calling her children’s every night, to come and help her to go to the bathroom. Or, to get her Mds for pain and sleep aid wish is just Melatonin!
She is recovering from 4 kidney stones surgeries, she is on passing the stones, what is very painful.
She fallows the protocol to press the botton to call for help.
Caring around a emthy avy from her arm, falling all over the floor every day, until is refill at nigth!?
They keep telling her do not get up to go alone to the badroom, or, in general.
But hours pass by and none one comes around, so she ended pee on the bed!
We have to keep coming to this place every day!? To chasing a nurse aid, to help my Mother in law!?
And stell even after that, the response is, we get it!, no problem!, she is next!.
And nothing happen!!!!
Is a lot momey on her bill being charged, to have her in this place, for what?
For all this much frustration!?
We are thinking on fallowing a report with the health department.
This is to much frustration.
Friday, 2/ 6 /2025, yes! stell happen same years ago! Bad service.
And look what just happen this day 2/6/2025, being having her taking out from her initially designated private room, living her alone on the wellchair on the entertaiment room, freezing with no attention at all, to take her to the bathroom again!?
I have to well her to the bathroom my self!?
She lost her privacy, being tranfer to another sharing room, because is Covid going around the biulding!?
Them, they place her on a room with another patient with Covid!? No sence!?
My Mother in law is 93 years old! What they are trying to do to her!?
The sensor beeps on all day as like is music in the building, and none one really cares for, wish this is the sensor to alert the nurse aid, for some one in need for help!?
We do not recomend this place at all!<<<<
