profound dissatisfaction with the services I have received from your organization. Initially, I had high hopes upon being referred to you; however, my experience has been disappointing. I have encountered uneducated and understaffed personnel who have provided misleading information, ultimately causing significant distress in my personal life.
Most concerning is the coercion I faced when I was admitted to a psychiatric unit, which was traumatic and unsuitable for my needs, resulting in my premature discharge after less than 24 hours. During this time, I was pressured to relinquish my dog, which I do not solely own. My son is currently experiencing anxiety attacks due to the absence of his dog.
As a result of these circumstances, I feel compelled to escalate this matter. I am prepared to take my concerns to Albany, seek legal representation, and engage with media outlets to ensure that this situation receives the necessary attention.
I strongly encourage you to independently verify any information you receive and to take action to rectify this situation promptly. It is disheartening to navigate a system that operates under the banner of nonprofit yet fails to provide the promised support and assistance in a timely manner.

This organization is a fraud! My family member has been “under their care” for 20 years and they have done nothing but criminalize them throughout their entire adult life. They are in crisis to the point we are worried about their safety and we called the “Mobile Crisis team” for assistance. They responded “we can’t keep sending them to the hospital.” So what is the solution? Let them kill their self? These people should be ashamed and there is a special place in hell for you.
