Honestly living on this property has been a nightmare for me since I moved in November 2024. Let’s start off with the fact that the water smells like sewage (eggs) half the time, and that there’s so many minerals in it (hard water) that it quite literally made my hair, and my son’s hair fall out until I discovered it on my own and put filters on every water source in my house. They won’t tell you this when you move in. When I moved in the winter, my heat was broken. I toured the apartment and it had brand new updated stove which was a big factor in me choosing the property as I love to cook the day I moved in the stove had been swapped with an old stove. When I called the office to ask that the new stove be placed back into my unit they told me that the updated stove was. only for handicap residents. Which makes no sense. Also when I toured, I loved that the community was gated and can only be opened by residents through an app. Let’s talk about the fact that for the last 4 months the gate has never been closed and is wide open to anybody! At this every moment in 80-90 degree weather my air conditioner is BROKEN. Today I also called to ask if they could print a document for me as a resident that pays 2000+ in rent and they told me no they cannot. I then asked if they had an area where I could print it for myself and they said no they don’t because the printer kept breaking. Steer clear of this place. I cannot wait until my lease is up here!
