Mercy Plano is very nice and clean with amazing stuff. Definitely recommend anyone who is looking for older parents to live.
For the past two years, I have appreciated the great care and love the caregiver teams at Mercy gave my mom. Titi is amazing! I know she loved my mom. She always went above and beyond her duties to care for my mom. Titi and her team of caregivers were knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They treated my mom with respect and dignity. They are Angel’s sent from Heaven. I never had to worry while my mom was in their care. Thank you again, for everything you did for my mom. I am forever grateful!
Mercy Home is a GREAT place for you loved ones. My experience with care with how they take care of my mom and the other residents has been amazing. The time, effort, and compassion I see the staff provide is a real plus. They understand the residents and are able to notice even subtle changes and track them.
I love that the residence is a home and provides a sense of “normal” as opposed to large facilities. Care is the key and they provide that beyond a doubt. The staff to resident ratio allows for this special/close bond between resident and staff.
My mom stays active and engaged and in her case she has improved since she arrived.
If you need a place for a loved one, Mercy Home should be on your list.
I have been in many assisted living facilities for work related reasons. But this place is unique. , Welcoming environment, the staff is compassionate and attentive for the residents need. What a great place to care for a loved one
Mercy home is a wonderful place. The staff is very caring and attentative to the needs of each individual resident. My mother was the first resident at the new Mercy Home location in Plano. I had to quickly find a place for my mother because she was being discharged from the short-term rehab facility. I was referred to Mercy Home in Wylie but they were full. They told me the Plano location would be opening in a week. I explained to them that I did not have anyway of taking down her hospital bed at home and moving it to Mercy Home as soon as it would be needed. They were so sweet, they came to the house and took the bed apart and took it to Mercy Home, along with her other personal things. So, everything was already set up when they transported her there. Now, that’s really going above and beyond. The Plano house is beautiful and was remodeled perfectly for a group home. My mother is very happy there and I am very happy with the aides, the nurse, the doctor that’s on call and the administrators. Home Healthcare is providing physical and occupatioal therapy for her, but the aides and nurse work with her constantly, to help build up her strength and getting her to eat. They are all so patient and caring. I could not ask for any better care for my mother. I would recommend Mercy Home to anyone that’s looking for elder care.
