RENT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE AND HUGE DEBT
Horrible experience, when I was moving-in they were working pretty good with me, until I had a question to not move forward after gave my deposit, then problems started, they take every excuse or opportunity to enter your apartment without previous announcement ( check your contract before sign it), then I made a payment agreement with the manager, after 2 weeks she stopped working there so they didn’t respect the agreement, even when they had the money order for 2 weeks into their office and never got it because it was missing number ( I forgot but call them 3 times and 3 times said will add it to my account) took me to court to eviction (even after I didn’t refuse to pay, was just asking for opportunity to give payments ni-weekly to clear the balance since the balance was $2,000) they told me they didn’t want no money coming from me at all since they refused to continue doing business, went to court and they said to the judge they didn’t receive any payment from me at all in all month (I was already looking for other place) so judge agree that I should pay about 2 months, ($1700, supposed because they add about $150 a month extra), I leaves the place, nothing damaged just the things it was already not working from them, and I received a $6,866.00 due bill!!
After they evicted me they wanted 3 months of rent for the months I’m not gonna be living there!
My experience was horrible, personal is rude, maintenance people always try to get into your home, they knock once and start opening with their own keys.
If you pass the 3rd of the month even if is a holiday or weekend they charge 10% follow your rent (and fees)
They have pretty good promotions to get in, but once you pas that, is just horrible.
DO NOT recommend! They charge for ANY little thing, do not expect your deposit back when moving out they will deduct if you do not leave the apartment like new. Front ladies always act confused and will not help you out. Maintenance takes a while if you need something fixed. They make it impossible to get a hold of the OWNER of the apartments if you have a complaint.
