Great facility. My Dad was here for skilled nursing. The staff was wonderful and patient with my Dad and our family. The facility was always clean. Even the double rooms still felt private. Rehab staff, nusring and case manager did communicate well with our family. I would definitely recommend sending loved ones here if needed.
I can’t say enough about the staff and care at Creekside. They were so kind and caring with my elderly father-in-law, they did everything to keep him clean, dressed and happy during his stay. Once he went under hospice care, they were with us constantly. Every request we made was answered and they went above and beyond to make us feel loved. To the nursing staff on the second floor, please know you made the last few months of his life easier and sweeter. I am so thankful to all of you. The family of Roger Horn

What can I say about MRC Creekside? How am I qualified to review this company?
First off my wife opened this facility when it was new about 10+ years ago. She was employed with the company as a Medication Aid and only left the company to continue to grow our young family. She worked in the medical field for over 16 years and worked in every facility in this area during that time. THIS FACILITY IS THE BEST!!!
7 years ago my mother fell I’ll and required rehabilitation after a long hospital stay. We chose this facility initially because of my wife’s work experience.
Over the past seven years, my mother’s illness has brought us to this facility many many many times. We have never been disappointed with their services!!!
The staff at this location, ALL OF THEM, are above par. They are some of the most exceptional human beings I have ever met. A lot of times in healthcare you can tell that staff is pretending to care rather than actually caring. This is definitely not the case at this location. All of the staff here, regardless of their actual job, do care about these patients!!! You can tell it in the way they talk about patients when they’re not around. It is nothing to come into this facility and find completely bedridden patients wheeled out to the nurses desk just so they can have some socialization. All of the staff here know every patient by name, even the cleaning and maintenance staff. These feel like poor examples but from what I have seen I other facilities these are NOT common occurrences.
I would especially like to thank the administrative staff. They have time, time and time again helped me navigate the murky waters of the United States healthcare system. They have been my best advisors.
No one ever wants to put their parent or loved one in a care facility, but sometimes it’s the only choice. I have had to once again choose Creekside to assist my mother. I write this message to you, unknown reader, from Creekside. I am here holding my mothers hand, we have had to move her to Hospice.
